2 trains collision injures 25 in Lalmonirhat
At least twenty people were injured as a train collided head-on with another train on the Lalmonirhat-Burimari rail route in Kaliganj upazila on Saturday morning.
Local people said a Burimari-bound local train collided with a stationary train from Burimari at the railway station in the morning, leaving 25 passengers of both trains injured.
The injured were admitted to Kaliganj Upazila Health Complex, Lalmonirhat Sadar and Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
