Naahin Kazi back in the business

The role of a makeover artist is sometimes misunderstood. Many think that their role is simply to apply enough makeup so that they appear bright in front of the camera. We at Showbiz, however, know their true value.
Their job is to enhance the beauty of an artist so that they bring class, elegance and true glamour in whatever medium they are appearing on. 
The media industry was very different if you wind the clock back 15-20 years. During that time, the industry wasn't quite as massive as it is now, but despite that, the stars who worked during that time had managed to amass an enormous following.
If you were to ask any of those great stars who the best makeup artist was, they would all give a single unanimous answer: Naahin Kazi. To be recognized by these top artists is a matter not to be taken lightly.
She was known throughout the industry for her artistic work, her utmost professionalism and her perfectly clean record. It should also be noted that unlike many makeover artists out there who do makeup without much knowledge, she is very well educated in her line of work, having studied about her craft abroad under proper professionals.
What's really amazing is the fact that she achieved all this at a very young age. She is a shining example of the fact that people's stereotype about the media industry is all wrong; if you are honest, hardworking and take no shortcuts in your road, you can shine bright and etch your name amongst the best.

Years of Absence
Naahin had it all during those wonderful years when she was one of the best makeover artists in the country. She was the first choice for every celebrity at the time and any bride would have to count her lucky stars to get an appointment to have her makeup done by Naahin. However, all her achievements came to a screeching halt after a tragic event in Naahin's life. Her father became desperately ill all of a sudden and she became focused about her family.
After a while, she became disillusioned with her line of work and decided to stop her business by retracting herself away from the world of showbiz and also closing down her parlour. Though she did turn back from this world, her talent would not simply extinguish itself and it would only be a matter of time until it surfaces again.

Return to the life
Despite the fact that she left this life behind, she has always had her well-wishers, both inside and outside the industry. However, the final push for her was her husband. After their marriage, he, along with many of her friends, insisted that she re-join the industry, doing what she does best.

Though she kept denying it to herself, she eventually began to reconsider her old decision. After much thought, she decided to return, but she wasn't ready to go full bore and open a parlour just yet. There was also another issue that bugged her.
She quit the industry a long time back, and since then, there has been a lot of changes and developments in the industry. Because she was always a professional, she knew that she would be like a dinosaur in this modern era.
So she decided to go Mumbai to familiarize herself with the new innovations in makeup such as HD or High Definition Makeup, designed for the new HD standards for films, televisions and photographs, and Brush Makeup, designed to imitate a completely natural look.
With her new training and her past experiences under her belt, she was once again a formidable force in the industry. She came back and joined a brand called Dazzle. With their latest fashion show, we welcome Naahin Kazi back to the world of showbiz with open arms.
We also hope that Naahin's success brings out more and more talented individuals to the industry because, the industry nowadays is growing constantly and needs more and more talents to cope with the expansion. 

Words of Appreciation
Afzal Hossain: Back in the day, he was the go-to person when it came to advertisements. There really was no competition for him. He is still going strong, as he is known as the evergreen actor. Being the top, he knew about Naahin first-hand as he had worked with her during those days.
Even to this day, he remains amazed that someone as young as her made such a name and place for herself and mixed with just about everyone in the industry. He respected her professionalism, her dedication and quality of her work.
He was one of the well-wishers who wanted her to return and he is overjoyed that she has finally listened and returned to the industry.

Shakila Zafar: Shakila is one of the most well-known singers of the country. She isn't really known as a model, but despite that, she has done some modelling before and has been a show-stopper twice before. The Dazzle re-launch fashion show makes this her third show-stopper and the first as a bride.
When Naahin approached her with the proposal, she was very excited for two reasons. First of all, she never got a chance to dress up as a bride for her own wedding many years back, which has left a longing to fulfil that wish, and second, she wanted Naahin to return to the industry.
She is also happy with Naahin's return and hopes she will continue in the industry.
